FINLEY is pleased to announce that two of it’s staff, Ivan Liu and Patrick Noble are now Licensed Professional Engineers.
Ivan Liu, P.E. works as a Bridge Designer in FINLEY’s Tallahassee office. Ivan has a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is currently working on the Ironton-Russell Cable-Stayed Bridge in Ohio/Kentucky and the Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance Program (precast segmental approaches) in New York/New Jersey. Other FINLEY segmental bridge design projects include: Road 65/85 Design-Build, Galilee, Israel, I-49 North Segment K (I-220 to Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive) in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

Patrick Noble, P.E. works as a Bridge Designer in FINLEY’s Tallahassee office. Patrick has a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is currently working on the SR 40 Ocklawaha Bridge Replacement Design-Build in Marion County, Florida. This project includes the construction of new twin bridges 2,732-ft.-long with 21 spans having lengths up to 140’ that carry two lanes of traffic in each direction to span the Ocklawaha River.

His prior project experience included design of offshore structures for oil and gas as well as renewable energy clients.
